Processing Times

Most jewelry is made to order after your order is placed
Normal processing time: up to 1 week
Normal processing time for chain spiderwebs: up to 2 weeks
Normal processing time for chain spiderweb top, belt, or set: up to 1 month

I often get orders made & shipped more quickly than these listed times, I just want to account for potential backlogs of orders and things like that. My busiest months tend to be September & October due to chain spiderweb orders.

This is in addition to shipping time, which within the US when shipped USPS First Class is usually 2-6 days. However, due to underfunding and other issues, the USPS has been experiencing occasional delays.

Nickel Content

The majority of metals I use are iron, brass, or copper fill plated with gunmetal or antique bronze tone.

I use this nickel testing solution from Athena Allergy and can double check any specific item for you if you’d like.

I have a mild nickel allergy myself and none of the jewelry available here has given me any issue.

I originally thought the large O rings were made of nickel, however they did not test positive for nickel when I tested them myself nor do they bother me.

Custom Sizing

I would be happy to resize anything to any size for free, the only exception is if resizing significantly changes the design of the item and I have to use several more gemstones or other expensive supplies.

I want everyone to be happy with the fit of their jewelry! If you order something and it doesn’t fit as expected, you can send it back to me and I’ll fix it and return it to you for free.

Custom Orders

I’m always open to custom orders! Stuff like using a chain from one design on a different design is no big deal and no extra charge.

Custom orders that require me to order new supplies will cost more and require payment up front.

The only thing I will not do is copy someone else’s design exactly. I can use it as inspiration, or if there’s a specific feature about a design you love I can incorporate it into a new design in my own way, but please don’t ask me to copy someone else’s work.

Other Shipping Services

I can probably use a different shipping service on request, at a higher charge and possibly longer processing time, as I live in a rural town with only USPS and would have to travel to ship with another service. Feel free to contact me if you’d like to talk about a specific request.

Repairs

Repairs are always free of charge if you still have all of the pieces. If I have to replace expensive gemstones or a big part of the design, I’ll have to charge the cost of the supplies. Additionally, if part of your jewelry is lost or broken that can’t be replaced (for example, supplies that aren’t being manufactured any more or gemstones that were only available in small quantities that I no longer have) I’ll do my best to use something similar and will let you know, in that case we can talk about what you’d like.

Returns & Exchanges

Let me know if you have any problems with your order. I do take returns & exchanges except for custom orders made from scratch for you specifically (meaning, a design I would not sell otherwise).

Wholesale

I do take wholesale orders, though there is a somewhat negotiable minimum purchase requirement. Please contact me with inquiries and info about wholesale pricing.

Website/Checkout Security

Checkout is secure with an up-to-date SSL certificate and your credit card information is safe and encrypted. You should be able to see the lock icon in your browser, which indicates a secure connection. Further, I personally do not have access to your credit card information and can’t see it myself.
