Processing & Shipping

Processing Time
For most items, processing time is 1-7 days.
For custom orders, processing time can be closer to 1-2 weeks, not including time spent messaging about your order & designing.
Extensive resizing may add to processing time as well.

Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
Shipping can be unpredictable and is out of my control. Weather, political issues, holidays, and other unpredictable factors can affect all shipping methods.

Customs & Import Taxes
Customer is responsible for additional charges like customs & import taxes. I have no control over delays due to customs.

Damages

If your jewelry is damaged in shipping, please let me know ASAP! Photos would be even better, and a description so I know if there’s anything I can do to improve packaging. I have not had this issue yet, but if something is smashed in the mail, I will do my best to repair or replace it.

If your jewelry is damaged due to wear, accidental breakage, or any other reason, I will be happy to fix it. If you have all the pieces and I only need to put something back together, I can do that free of charge. If materials need to be replaced, you may be charged for them. If repairs are extensive, you may be charged for labor. If broken materials are one-of-a-kind, I will do my best to replace them with the closest thing available to me.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

I do accept returns & exchanges, though there may be exceptions for custom orders. If you have any problems with your order, I absolutely want to make it right! Please contact me with any concerns.

For refunds, you must contact me within 1 week of receiving your order, and must return it within 30 days for a full refund. I do not cover return shipping costs.

Jewelry must be in new condition to receive a full refund.

A partial refund may be given if full refund conditions are not met.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations. Please be sure you really want your order before you submit it!

Privacy Policy

I will never sell or give away your information, and will only contact you about your order.
