personal collection – vintage 1930s wing sequin necklace

$35.00

from the vault (my personal collection, i found a reference to this one from 2015 so i’m guessing it was made about then)

this necklace most prominently features these cool vintage wing shaped sequins from the 1930s i bought a long time ago. keep in mind they are sequins, so they’re plastic, and one-sided. they’re lightweight but also could potentially get bent. the fronts are glossy and the backs are more matte and the concave side of the design, but still look nice. the sequins would probably flip around some while worn normally. i don’t think i even actually wore this necklace myself.

on each side is a single freshwater pearl bead, i remember these were some of my most iridescent colorful ones.

chain is thin 2mm gunmetal rolo chain. sequins are spaced with little bar spacers. there’s also a wing sequin hanging from the back as well.

necklace is about 24″
sequins are about 1 3/4″ long

clasp is a lobster clasp, leave a note at checkout if you’d like a magnetic clasp or lobster clasp + 3″ extender chain
